The kennel is located just one hour from St. Louis, Missouri in the picturesque town of Troy, Missouri. Nestled on 27 acres, our training grounds offer the finest in dog training environments. With multiple sources of water, varied field and woodland setting we can set up almost any type of hunting situation.

We will expose your sporting companion to a variety of game, to include pigeons, ducks, quail, chukar, Hungarian partridge, and pheasants.

The kennel consisting of a 1,500 square foot heated and air-conditioned kennel area. Each dog is housed in there own 5 foot by 5 foot kennel. We offer outside runs to acclimate your dog to the upcoming season.

The training facility includes a large training pond which is designed with a shallow end for conditioning puppies to the water. Large open water for big retrieves and narrow channels to work on water, land retrieves. We also have blinds for teaching steadying and ramps for teaching ramp entries and exits.  We run a 18 foot DuckWater boat and routinely train out on the backwater sloughs of the Mississippi river.

When in season we also train on 1,000 acres of duck ponds where your dog will get first hand experience hunting for real ducks in real life hunting scenarios. If your dog is with me during this time frame and ready for “real life” hunting scenarios they will accompany me to the blind.
